Shipping
We ship our orders UPS Standard Ground Service. Orders placed by 2pm EST should arrive at your door in 5-7 business days. All orders over $150.00 will be shipped, UPS Standard Ground, free of charge within the United States. Need faster service, see shipping options for 2nd day air or overnight when you complete your sale. All weekend orders (including overnight shipping requests) and orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please call us before placing an overnight delivery order, so we can contact UPS to make sure your request can be honored.

International Shipping
International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day due to additional verification that is often necessary. Please call before placing an international order.

Currently shipping to Canada is $45, and to most other countries is $60. This is for 10-14 business days, and does not include customs charges imposed by individual countries. Please understand that Bella Belli Maternity cannot be responsible for additional customs costs incurred.

Tracking Your Order
Once you have completed an order, we will email you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS to track your order.

Returns & Exchanges
It is very important to us that you are happy with all of your purchases from Bella Belli. Within 21 days of purchase, we accept returns on non-sale and non-damaged items that are unworn with original tags for full refund to your credit card, minus shipping charges.

All returns must be postmarked within 21 days. Returns sent after this time will not be honored - no exceptions. Bella Belli does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. We suggest insuring all returns.

Bella Belli Maternity is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions. Underwear and Bella Band sales are final. Swimwear returns must have intact hygienic liner. Bella Belli Maternity is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the return policy.

Please note that sale items can be returned for online store credit only. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Bella Belli will email a store credit amount to be used towards your next purchase. To redeem your store credit online, simply type "use store credit $___ " in the Comments section of your order. You will need to put in your credit card information, but your card will not be charged, unless your order total exceeds the amount of your store credit. Please call us with any questions.

Sales Tax
6% sales tax applies to Michigan customers only.

Bella Belli Maternity is committed to maintaining our customers' privacy. We collect customer information for the purposes of customer service, shipping orders and sending promotional information, such as sales and new arrivals. We do not sell customer information to any third party.
